Welcome to San Ke Bar (三色ハー), a delightful cafe nestled in the vibrant atmosphere of Talat Phlu, Thon Buri, Bangkok. This unique cafe harmoniously blends Japanese and Chinese influences, creating an inviting space that feels like a serene garden retreat amid the bustling city.

As you step into this enchanting café, you are greeted by a charming outdoor area adorned with lush greenery, tranquil ponds filled with shimmering Koi fish, and an array of small ducks. The café's ambiance is accentuated by gentle mist jets and soft live music, providing a perfect soundtrack to your dining experience. Customers rave about the relaxing vibe, especially on weekends when the garden comes alive with families and friends enjoying their time together.

The menu offers a delightful variety of food and beverages that cater to both casual snackers and serious foodies. Popular dishes include the delectable Japanese pork, noted for its succulent texture and rich flavor, and the renowned Hokkaido Cheesecake, which beautifully balances sweetness and creaminess. While the Americano coffee priced at 130 Baht is a favorite for many, patrons appreciate its well-balanced flavor that complements the likes of the café’s delicious treats.

However, be prepared for a slight wait during peak hours, as many guests are drawn to the cafe's dazzling ambiance and tasty offerings. This should not deter you, though—it’s all part of the experience! Guests like Khun Lim appreciate the whimsical charm of the garden park, while Catherine C. highlights the exceptional decor and atmosphere, making the occasional queue well worth the wait.

Despite some reviews mentioning that the prices are on the higher side, many believe that the cozy atmosphere and stunning surroundings provide excellent value. As Azure notes, the lovely setting combined with spacious tables makes for a perfect getaway, even if the costs are a touch elevated.

In summary, San Ke Bar is more than just a café; it’s a sensory experience set in a picturesque garden that invites you to unwind and indulge in great food. So, whether you’re looking for a place to enjoy a relaxing afternoon coffee or to savor delicious Japanese-Chinese fusion dishes, this hidden gem in Bangkok is a must-visit. Embrace the ambiance, share some good food, and soak up the charm of this delightful destination.

A mix blend of Japanese and Chinese is sculptured heavily into this queer garden park dotted with trendy street carts and restaurants. Heavily shaded by trees, there are seating surrounding the pond in the center where Koi fishes aplenty and some mandarin ducks we saw. There was even a live singer performing the Sunday we were here. The Japanese pork was delicious, and the flattened octopus cracker was an uncommon snack. Two establishment makes up this place. San Ke Bar is the Japanese managing all the carts and Hok Lok Siew is the Chinese restaurant featuring some premium tea. We only had enough stomach for Japanese and did not try the Chinese food. Everywhere here is picture perfect. There were some ladies dressed up as Chinese fairies for a photoshoot. I was half expecting them to fly up into the sky with their silky scarfs trailing behind. There is a guest toilet that featured a sauna and jacuzzi tub. That’s not for public use so don’t jump in there. The setting here is just so amazingly unusual that you must come for a meal, a snack, a coffee or tea if you happen to be around the vicinity of Thonburi.

The outdoor area is great. beautiful light at day time and a lot of trees, pond with duck and golden fishes, a little waterfall. Coffee, americano 130 Baht, is good. Cake, Hokkaido Cheesecake 200 Baht, is nice. Price is quite above average compare to taste, but with the vibes is okay. Many customers in the shop today, need to wait for a long queue. order for Sempe, Japanese crispy pancake, need to wait for an hour.

Nice cafe/restaurant decorated in Chinese style. You get to sit outdoors in a garden setting here, complete with a pond full of fishes and mist jets. There are little stalls you can order food from, anything from snacks to coffee to dessert. There are also restaurants in the same complex. Prices here are high. I paid 120 baht for a cup of hot Americano (black coffee) - the highest I have ever paid for coffee in Thailand. I came on a cloudy / cool day and had an enjoyable time. Not sure how nice this place is on a hot afternoon. It was a nice experience drinking coffee and eating cake in the garden setting. But I'm unsure whether I will be back as there are other nicer places in Bangkok with lower prices.

Such a view. Nice place for getaway weekend and relaxation. The price is higher than others but the cost for decoration and spacious table are a worth of it.

It's an open space cafe where you can enjoy drinking coffee by the KOI pond under the trees. Quite convenient with a walking distance from BTS Talad Phlu station. (Currently it has construction along the way here)
